1. I have always wanted to help people and believed that the rest would always work itself out. I learned once you align your mission with your “why”, you gain true clarity in all aspects of your life. I went from doing things because I had to, to doing things because I wanted to. I had rekindled a passion that had always been there, reigniting my day to day business practices with my goals pushing myself to my full capabilities, and enjoying it!

2. In the past, I realized that I was leading from a scarcity mindset. Once I gained more clarity with my leadership practices, I became focused on helping others grow around me. I realized the true value that comes from elevating others around myself. Seeing others grow and achieve their goals helped elevate my leadership to a new level providing prosperity for others as a whole.

3. My family has always been a top priority in my life. I am seeing now, more than ever, the fruits that can come from constant genuine connection. I have gained a new perspective on how to influence my children in different phases of their lives and how to focus on staying connected with them no matter what stresses are going on in my life. I gained a deeper understanding of my wife and how we can connect and help each other grow as a couple without one having to take steps back while the other moves forward, consistently keeping each other a priority and making sure we’re on the same page.

Our family goal has always been to build our forever home. We wanted this not just for ourselves, but for our children, also, to grow and make memories in the same four walls they would always be welcomed back to. In the past we kept putting things off to get the process started. Once our clarity on achieving our goal finally lined up with our “why”, the rest is history. We finally broke ground and started the build for our future home!
